To paraphrase Akon, he’s nothing like a tour guide you’ve ever seen before…Mark fled England when he realised that walking down the road in an undersized kilt wasn’t always appropriate there. A history student, Mark is always fascinated to uncover yet another one of his relatives appearing in the history of 16th century Edinburgh, usually in the court records. When not running down the Royal Mile training for the Edinburgh marathon, Mark enjoys writing poetry. Thus, it is a pleasant surprise this biography doesn’t rhyme. (Perhaps he didn’t have the time).
